*Blessed Are The Souls & Bodies Of Virgins: For They Are Acceptable & Glorious To God & They Shall Not Lose The Reward Of Their Virginity. Unto Them The Word Of The Heavenly Father Shall Prove Effectual To Their Own Salvation In The Day Of Lord Christ De Messiah; And They Shall Be Satisfied With The Bliss Of Eternal REST Of God's Perpetual Holy Sabbath In God's Heavenly 👑 Kingdom @ Mount Zion.
 *Blessed Are They Who Have Wives, As Though They Had None: For They Shall Be Made Angels Of God (1 Cor. 7: 29).

May Divine Blessedness, Peace, 💕 Love, Favour, Eternal Salvation cum Sanctification, Goodness & Mercy By Blessed Lord Christ De Messiah Attend To You. Today's Theological Romance @ Zion is purely theologically 💏 romantic, interesting, 💖 exciting, captivating cum capturing, 🔚 edifying, Biblical & nourishing, indeed, as it lends adequate significance to the theological relevance & dogmatic developments of the early post apostolic Church era with respect to Theology Proper @ Christ De Messiah's Christology.

 ✝THE BACKGROUND OF CHRIST DE MESSIAH'S CHRISTOLOGY @ THEOLOGICAL CROSS ROAD✝
Obviously CHRISTIANITY came into the World as a glorious RELIGION of REVELATION & as divinely cum rightly claimed, had a Supernatural Origin for its MESSAGE. Evidently, its ultimate source, as the blessed Theologians of the early centuries clearly perceived, lay in the Person, Words & Works of Blessed Lord Jesus Christ De Messiah Yahshua in the context of the revelation of which He was the climax.

Above all, God Himself, all the early Theologians conclusively acknowledged,  was the Ultinate Author of the Revelation; though, He had committed it to His Prophets & Inspired Lawgivers, above all to the Holy Apostles who were eye-witnesses of the Incarnate Word, and they had passed it on to the Holy Church of God. It stands to reason, therefore, that the authentic Faith was to be contained both in the Holy Scriptures & in the genuine cum authentic continuous Doctrinal Tradition of The Lord's 🏠 Holy Church of 1st Century CHRISTIANITY. The Holy Scriptures & The Christian Church Holy Doctrinal Tradition were, in fact, the overlapping-authorities to which Christians looked for the confirmation of their Sacred Christian Beliefs.

For the Early Christian Church, Holy CHRISTIANITY seems to have implied a complex of BELIEF & PRACTICE, otherwise known as "The Rule Of Our Tradition" (Bishop Clement's Phrase) or "Following God And The Teaching Derived From Him" (Justin), which in the final resort goes back to Lord Christ De Messiah Himself.

 Since Lord Christ De Messiah was the Supreme Divine Teacher (Professor), the readily accessible authorities both for the facts about His Person & His Divine Message consisted in (1) The Prophets, who had foreseen all the details of His Ministry, & (2) The Apostles, who had worked with Him & whom He had commissioned with His Great Divine Ministry. In fact, this dual appeal to the UNITED WITNESS of the Old Testament & the Apostles was characterized of the Early Church Era; even as it was aptly illustrated by Bishop Polycarp's summons to the Philippians "to accept as their standard Christ De Messiah Himself along with the Apostles who preached the Gospel to us & the Prophets who announced our Lord's coming in advance".

No doubt, CHRISTIANITY, is manifestly superior to all other human Teaching & Religions for the fact the Rational Principle in its entirety became The Christ Who appeared Body, Word & Soul, on account of all Human Race.

The burden of CHRISTOLOGY (Systematic Study of CHRIST De MESSIAH), in a narrow sense of the word, is to define the relation of the Divinity & the Humanity in CHRIST.
However, the all but universal Christian conviction in the preceding centuries of the apostolic age had been that Lord Jesus Christ De Messiah Yahshua was Divine as well as human. Hence, the most primitive confession had been that "Jesus Christ De Messiah Is Lord". The profound Evangelists of Lord Christ De Messiah regarded Him as "PRE-EXISTED"; they tended to attribute to Him a two-fold order of being "according to the flesh", that is, as man, & "according to Spirit", that is, as God. 

 


The central feature of CHRISTOLOGY may be summarized by saying that The Saviour was composed of "Two Substances",  namely, The Word & The Flesh. The Word has existed alongside The Father from all Eternity, a distinct Person, humanly speaking, @ any any rate from His generation, but One with Him in essence. He became man, however, for man's Salvation, since only as man could He accomplish His Work on our behalf. Being Spirit, the Divine, He entered into the Blessed Virgin & received His Flesh from her. The Birth was a real one. Christ De Messiah's humanity was in every respect genuine & also complete; it included, as indispensable to man's constitution, a SOUL as well as a BODY - indeed, the assumption of a Soul was necessary if man was to be saved.

Consequently, He was obliged to put up with the human passions, such as hunger & thirst, tears, birth & even death. The governing principle in His make-up, however, was always the Word. The Word was in Flesh, for He clothed Himself in it. The logical conclusion is that both "Substances" continue unaltered & unimpaired after the Union. For each of them preserves its peculiar qualities & activity; the Spirit performing the Miracles & the Humanity enduring the Sufferings. Yet while the Flesh remains flesh & the Spirit remains spirit, they both belong to a single subject; He Who was both Son of God & Son of Man was One & the same Person.

On the whole, we observe a two-fold condition, not CONFUSED but CONJOINED, Jesus Christ De Messiah Yahshua, in One Person @ once God & Man. Alongside the indivisible Person can be seen Godhead & Manhood, Divine Spirit & Human Flesh, Immortality & Mortality, Strength & Weakness. When it is said that Christ De Messiah suffered & died, the reference is to the human "SUBSTANCE". God does not suffer; The Christ De Messiah Spirit cannot even have "suffered with the flesh" as some liked to plead. The cry of dereliction on the Cross from Christ De Messiah's human Flesh & Soul, not from His Divine Nature; and we should say that His Death was in respect of His Human, not His Duvine, "SUBSTANCE". Therefore,  when The Saviour said that His Soul was troubled, He was merely referring to His Human Soul.
In the Truth & holy simplicity, Christ De Messiah is both God & Man, combining "BOTH SUBSTANCES" in Himself. We might love to stress here, insofar as we are involved in the Divine Music of Theological Romance, even the reality of the human nature, picturing The Eternal Word as putting it on like a garment or joining Himself to it as a Bridegroom joins himself to his bride - the man being joined the God & the God linked with the man.

Further, we might take the conventional view by stating that the LOGOS (or WORD) has come to us from Heaven; The LORD has "entered into" or "attached" Himself to Human Flesh. In becoming INCARNATE & so making Himself visible, He has begotten Himself,  that is, created His Own Humanity. So Christ De Messiah is both Human & Divine - "alone both God & Man".

Moreover, we believe, according to the Holy Scriptures, that the very Word of The Father, The Wisdom of God Himself, was enclosed within the limits of the Divine Man Who appeared in Judea; no more that God's Wisdom entered a woman's womb, was born as an infant, and wailed like crying children, as a human little child.




Similarly, we might add here in the theological romance the belief that the world of SPIRITUAL BEINGS, including human souls, pre-existed from all eternity; as the key to INCARNATION. One of these Souls, the One destined to be The Soul of the Man, Christ De Messiah, in every respect a human Soul like the rest, was from the beginning attached to The WORD (LOGOS) with mystical devotion; it burned with 💕 LOVE & DESIRE FOR JUSTICE. All the other Souls, by the misguided exercise of their Free-will, fell away from The WORD, to WHOM they ought to have adhered; but this unique Soul, as a result of its adoring contemplation, became inseparably united with Him. The Union is as complete as that of a lump of iron with the fire into which it has been plunged, becoming red-hot.

Nevertheless, since the Soul, while thus cleaving to the Word, properly belonged to a body,  it formed the ideal meeting point between the infinite Word & the finite human nature. So, when it was born from Blessed 👧 Virgin with pure Flesh created by the action of the Spirit, the Godhead & the Manhood were inextricably united. Further, it was natural that, in Union with the Flesh with which it was conjoined, it should be designated God's Son, Power & Wisdom, being so fused with & penetrated by Him Who in truth is God's Son, just as it is natural that He in His turn should be saluted Son of Man & that we should speak of Him as being born as an infant & dying as well, being human.

The Gospel speaks of One Being, not two, because the TWO NATURES were in actual UNION, resulting in the DEIFICATION of the Humanity, and not as a mere association. The WORD & the HUMANITY are really One the reason being that He has united Himself substantially with Christ De Messiah's human Soul in a UNION more intimate than He ever effected with the Souls of Prophets or Apostles by INSPIRATION & GRACE.

Since The Blessed Lord Christ De Messiah must have assumed a Soul as well as a BODY if human nature was to be saved in its entirety, it is quite plausible to regard the Soul as wholly subjected to the Word. It was the nature of the Word which predominated in Lord Christ De Messiah: The LOGOS indwelling & directing the Manhood. The Human Soul was totally suffused with & caught up in the Divine Wisdom, Goodness, Truth & Life. Therefore, The LOGOS had in effect taken over the Role Governing Principle, in Lord Christ De Messiah!

What A Wonderful, Glorious Messianic Divine UNION Effected In The Most Merciful Son Of God, Blessed LORD CHRIST De MESSIAH!
