Our darling Rev. Apostle Prof. Cyprian Chris Jerusalem sincerely believes in spiritual, moral and cordially social relationships with humans whilst in relationship with the Saints and Associates of God’s Kingdom. 

He believes so much in sacred life of Integrity, Confidence, Goodwill, Holiness, Chastity, Cheers, Humility, Loyalty, Justice and heroic manifestation of Christian Virtues, Total Gospel Truth (T.G.T.) & Hard-work as well as Transparency in all aspects of human life. He is indeed, an ADVOCATE OF “SERVICE” and “CHRISTIAN LOVE”, which is the beautiful, immaculate white charismatic “Love”.

He is a Reverend Gentleman, who like Joseph of the Old Testament Scriptures, in consonance with his stand for integrity & holiness, could escape freely & wholly the encumbrance  & clutches of fiery feminine delinquency. 

He is a man who, like John De Baptist, chooses to dwell considerably lonely so as to ensure  the certainty of fulfilling his Divine Ministry! 
A man who, like Daniel of the Holy Scriptures, chooses to live a life of sacrifice upon the altar of human natural enjoyment rather than compromise with his Faith in Almighty God! 

A man who, like Job of the Holy Bible, delights in enduring critical moments, tribulations & persecutions & in the long run emerge victorious & thus prove himself a keeper of integrity & goodwill! A man who could trek & travel extra miles in rain & sunshine @ his life risk to ensure that His Divine Ministry is fulfilled! 

He is, indeed, a real modern "Jewish Guy" - Jerusalem man!

Evidently, Rev. Prof. Cyprian Chris Jerusalem Okolie has been a fortunate Achiever as he appears primas interpre in the midst of his colleagues and mates. 

Indeed, he is a patriotic Rev. Gentleman, whose assured, calm, gentle restraint belies a tough, strategically analytical and dynamic insightful personality. In him, we find the still but mighty “quiet” of a powerful and stable fortress, an enigmatic gentlemanly forbearance and sense of care in leadership, as well as excellent virtue of character strength backed with indefatigable energy, firm discipline and creativity of spirit that helps to inspire and mould individuals to great personalities. Hence, his lots of achievement in the field of education and training. 

Moreover, his relentless endeavours in educational pursuit and advancement coupled with his love for personal development afforded our darling Rev. Prof. Cyprian Chris Jerusalem the glory of a seasoned theological guru, endowed with superlative administrative and religious sagacity, having earned the prestigious academic Terminal Degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Christian Religions Education & Management (2009) of the Carolina Christian University, Thomasville, North Carolina, U.S.A. 

His desperate quest to acquire in-depth knowledge of theologically Divine Issues spurred him into actions of Further Studies in Divinity, which fetched him a second academic terminal degree of Doctor of Divinity (DD) in Ministerial Theology (2012).

As a full-fledged dynamic and pragmatic Senior Lecturer armed with Ph.D. degree qualification and occupying the enviable position of dual capacity as the Dean Admin / Students Affairs of the MACOTIS Global Campus, Pacific Western University, Denver, Colorado, USA @ Obinze, Owerri, Imo State, African Regional Tutorial Centre, our darling, academic and national colossus, Rev. Apostle Cyprian Jerusalem Okolie was jointly invited by MACOTIS Education Group, Owerri, Imo State and the famous University of Colorado, Boulder, State of Colorado, USA in recognition of his achievements and contributions in the fields of Academics, National Service and Christian Ministry to receive the honour of exalted position of a Professor of Christian Religious Education & Management (2013) on a combined authority of the University Senate / Governing Council of the University of Colorado, Boulder, State of Colorado, USA and the MACOTIS Education Group Owerri, Imo State Headquarters, BIAFRA (Nigeria).
